In every compressed air system water is the single largest contaminant and often the most obvious. Removing this liquid condensate from the system can be a high energy consuming area if not managed correctly.

RNC SERIES – NON CYCLING

RNC Series Non-Cycling refrigerated air dryers are engineered to benefit you for a lifetime with the tradition of durability that is Gardner Denver. Quality components and engineering excellence are bonded together to ensure you of a stable 38°F pressure dew point. Gardner Denver combines reliability, cutting-edge design, and innovative packaging to supply the best air treatment package in a space saving unit. FEATURES

All models use reliable refrigeration compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants. Models through RNC750 use proven reciprocating refrigeration compressors with R-134a refrigerant. RNC1000 through RNC3000 incorporate rugged scroll compressors with R-404a refrigerant. You benefit from long component life and efficient 24/7 performance.

RPC SERIES – ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM

The RPC Energy Saving Series refrigerated air dryer has a reliable patent pending heat exchanger and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. The ESS (Energy Saving System) allows for impressive power savings by running the refrigerant compressor only when the thermal change has occurred and is needed to refreeze the vital media encapsulated in the heat exchanger.

RES SERIES – CYCLING

The RES Series refrigerated dryer automatically cycles the refrigeration compressor on and off in response to inlet load conditions. As the inlet air load is reduced, the refrigeration compressor cycles off, providing you with the ability to reduce energy and costs.

RHP SERIES – HIGH PRESSURE

The RHP Series High Pressure refrigerated air dryers are designed to produce 38°F pressure dew points for 700 – 900 psig applications. These dryers are carefully engineered with a high pressure refrigerated dryer design to provide a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor. Optional coalescing filters remove solid particles, liquid water droplets, liquid oil and oil vapors from the compressed air system. Industries like PET blow molding, injection molding and aeronautical valve and control testing require dry and filtered compressed air which make the RHP Series a great option.

DGH Series Heatless desiccant dryers open up a world of customizable performance opportunities with four standard ISO quality class levels of pressure dew points to choose from. A carefully engineered desiccant dryer design provides a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor. With the option to add coalescing filters, solid particles, liquid water droplets, liquid oil and oil vapors can be removed from the compressed air system in a reliable manner.

DPB SERIES – BLOWER PURGE

The DPB Series blower purge desiccant dryer process design offers the end user the opportunity to significantly reduce the energy costs associated with achieving a reliable -40°F (-40°C) pressure dew point. This is achieved by eliminating or reducing purge air requirements (compressed air utilized to regenerate desiccant beds) typical of other desiccant dryer designs.
